Gift Card Holder using Merry Little Labels

Last week at my Card Class, we made this unique and fun Christmas gift card holder. The ladies, were loving it!

I also used the darling, Be Merry designer series paper to decorate this cool gift card holder.

This is the card completely closed. I layered the Stitched Shapes Framelit ovals in whisper white and cherry cobbler cardstocks.

Here's the inside:

The whisper white cardstock is cut at 4 1/4" x 11". Its folded in half and then scored at 2 1/4" to form the pocket for the gift card.

I used tear tape to adhere the ends of the pocket and a 1" circle punch half way down on the circle, to from the thumb scoop.

I adhered the oval with 2 dimensionals, on the right side so that the left flap could slip underneath.

The Be Merry designer paper is cut at 3x4, 2x4 and 1x4 inches. The largest piece is adhered to the outside left and the smallest is adhered to the inside pocket of the card.

Isn't it cool? I can't wait to give a few of these out this Christmas!

Thanks so much for visiting today.

Christmas Cards by My Talented Team

I wanted to share some of the swaps that my team created for our #1 Stampers Meeting swap this month.

These ladies are so talented and creative. I love seeing their fabulous designs each month and look forward to seeing what they will come up with.

This amazing swap was made by the uber talented Mary Ann Hazlett. She is so good at fine details and 3D projects. This card was made with the Hearts Come Home bundle in the Holiday Catalog.

Here's a look at it opened:

This beauty is by Tonya Beatty. Tonya makes such delicate and pretty cards, with a unique twist. I always love seeing her wonderful ideas.

Here's a cute little card by a cute little teammate- Teresa Fisher. I like the simple and fun nature of this card. This card was made with the Merry Cafe stamp set from the Holiday Catalog.

The Christmas Quilt bundle is a favorite of mine and this card shows exactly why I love it. Tina DeSalvo made this colorful and and cute Christmas card that would be perfect to send to friends and family this holiday season.

And last by not least, one of my favorite stamp set bundles, ever- Night in Bethlehem. This gorgeous card was made by Sue Brennan. I adore the colors that Sue used and how she made them pop, by sponging around the edges with the elegant eggplant ink. So pretty!

I hope you enjoyed all these beautifully made cards, by some of my incredibly talented team members.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.
