Do you need a fall gift idea to hand out to friends and family at Halloween or even Thanksgiving? I have the perfect treat.
It was one of the favorite projects at my Holiday Gift Packaging Class this week.
Tracy and Lori just finished their fall treat package and are on to the next fun project of the night. There were 10 in all, so everyone was able to relax and enjoy a fun girls night of stamping, chatting and eating chocolate.
The fall treat was made with the Pick A Pumpkin stamp set and coordinating dies. I especialy LOVE the Year of Cheer designer paper and Copper Foil Sheets that we used to make this stunning package. The insert was a 2x5 piece of Copper Foil Sheet scored at 1/4" in on each side.
We wrapped the Year of Cheer paper around little Hershey Nuggets. They fit perfectly in our 2x8 Cellophane Bags.
The ladies had a choice of a Halloween or a Thanksgiving greeting. This one was for Trick or Treat, but I think its actually more perfect for Thanksgiving.
Sue enjoyed making a set of Christmas cards and envelopes that fit inside the new acetate card boxes, that we decorated with snowflakes and ribbons.
Here's Sandy, finishing up her last projects of the day... reindeer and pumpkin treat tubes and a fluffy snowman popcorn treat! She was my fun stamping partner during the morning session.
All in all it was a great class and the ladies left with a basketfull of beautiful holiday gifts to hand out to the special people in their lives.
Thank you for stopping by today.
Until the next time...
