Stamping Meetings

Stampin Up Big On Birthdays greeting card

Here's a quick and cute card made with the Big On Birthdays stamp set in the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog.

This is one of the cards we made at our last #1 Stampers Meeting. The Big On Birthdays set is a great stamp set to use as the main focal point on a birthday card. The greetings are so big and so fun that you don't really need any other stamps to accompany your design.

I used the the fun colors of emerald envy and watermelon wonder. Watermelon wonder will be retiring soon, so be sure to stock up on the cardstock and re-inkers before they are gone.

The emerald envy ribbon and enamel shapes really stand out on this bright and cheery birthday card.

Of course I had to add the new Falling Petals emboss folder in the background. I love how the embossing gives the card some texture and dimension.

I appreciate you visiting my blog today. Be sure to keep checking back for more creative ideas!

Card Class Card- Special Reason Stamp set

I want to share a quick card that we made at my Card Class last week. I used the Special Reason stamp set and Stylish Stems coordinating dies.

I also used whisper white, mint macaron, and rich razzleberry cardstocks and inks. The paper behind the diecut flower is the beautiful Blooms and Bliss designer series paper.

This birthday card was super easy to design and I love the peek a boo window that the flower framelit forms on this card.

I also used the Petal Burst emboss folder and the Classic Label punch to punch out the greeting, which I trimmed on the right side to be in line with the edge of the card.

The ladies at card class loved the look and the quick and easy way this card went together.

I hope you all like it as well!

Thanks again for stopping by my blog today.

Until the next ime...

Holly Berry Happiness Christmas Card and a couple of Wedding Photos to share

I'm a little behind in my blogging since my trip to Florida. But, I'm ready to get caught up today.

I have a darling Christmas card to share with you. Its made with the "Holly Berry Happiness" stamp set and coordinating "Holly Berry" Punch.

I also have a few Wedding photos to share from my godson's wedding on Pensacola Beach. I'll share those at the end of my post.

We made this card at our team meeting a couple of weeks ago. Its actually pretty simple and it uses a variety of cool products.

I used rose red and wild wasabi cardstock and inks for this card. The white embossed background of this card is actually the new "Fancy Frost Specialty Paper" from the Holiday Catalog. I also used a sheet of this specialty paper to lay the card on to photograph it. Its so, so pretty.

Check out the gold foil "braid." I made this by using a strip of the gold foil sheets and embossed it in the new "Cable Knit" embossing folder. It turned out really cool. The holly is punched out from the "Holly Berry" punch.

I hope this inspires you to make a perfectly quaint and lovely card to send to your family and friends during the Christmas season.

One more thing... I promised to share a couple of wedding photos:

Here is Zach and Emily during the ceremony, under the beautiful arbor that we made from an old ladder.

Zachs sister, Megan was one of the beautiful bridesmaids. She's the first one from the left.

Zach, anxiously awaiting his bride.

A gorgeous photo from the reception, taken in the rain, by the photographer.

Congratulations again to Zach and Emily. I was so honored to be part of this special day.

Until the next time...

#1 Stampers Meeting- A New Stamp Set and... Check out my new Blog Design-Pink Pineapple Paper Crafts

I have a quick card to share with you from our #1 Stampers Meeting last week.

This card is designed with a  stamp set from the upcoming, New Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog 2016-2017. As demonstrators we get to pre- order a few things before hand so that we have products ready to show our stamping friends, when the catalog goes live on June 1st. And if we attended the Convention, we also get more new products to play with ahead of time.

Its so fun to see some of the new things in advance. I was also fortunate to get new product to play with, to prepare for my Stampin' Up! On Stage Convention presentation in SLC last month.

I love to be able to design the #1 Stampers Post Convention Meeting make n takes with all the new products. The girls love having new stamps and accessories to try out and samples for their upcoming events.

This card was made with the new "Painters Palette" stamp set, available June 1, 2016.

This card also features some of the new "In Colors" like dapper denim, flirty flamingo and sweet sugarplum. This is a 9 piece stamp set. Wait until you see the rest of it, its so cool!

I can't wait to show you the new catalog! Only two more weeks.

So, do you like my new blog?

Pink Pineapple Paper Crafts has been in the works for a while now, and I've finally got it up and running with the help of Diane Noble and Patsy Waggoner. I'm pretty happy with the colors and design. I love pink and I love pink pineapples!

I hope you like it too.

By the way, there will be "pineapples" in the new catalog... I'm so excited- can't wait to design some pineapple projects with them, and when I do, you'll be the first to know!

Until the next time...

Stampin' Up! Meeting: #1 Stampers had something up theirs sleeves...

I always look forward to gathering with my team for our bi-monthly meetings. Its one of my most favorite things about being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I get to spend time with people who love what they do and have fun doing it.

Tonight was extra special- even though I had no idea it would be. The girls surprised me with a cake to celebrate my $600,000 personal sales milestone with Stampin' Up! Not only a cake but beautiful handstamped cards and gifts too.

I was totally surprised. When they brought in the cake, I actually thought is was someone's birthday and they forgot to tell me.

How sweet is this?!

I was blown away by these gorgeous cards!

Left: Made by- Raelene Ellenberger, Top: Made by: Kathy Sullivan, Right: Made by Lori Wiest and Middle: Made by Tonya Beatty. Thanks ladies, your talent amazes me and I am so blessed by these beautiful cards.

After the celebration we got down to business (and stamping) This is one of the projects we made. This bright and sassy Make N Take was designed by Sue Brennan. I am diggin' the paper piercing and bright sunny colors of this card.

Kathy, Amy, Elaine, Kristi and Mary Ann. Having a great time chatting, stamping and swapping...

Sue prepping for her make n take as Ronnie observes.

Darlene and Sheila discussing stamping strategies.

Darlene Nanni demonstrated this stunning sponging technique. The colors she choose blended beautifully together. We all ooh'd and awed as Darlene sponged her way to sunset perfection.

Here are a couple of happy stampers, Lori Wiest and Sue Errera showing off some of their fabulous swaps from tonight.

What a great night we had. Thanks to all of my #1 Stampers who always make our meetings fun and memorable. Love you guys!

Until the next time...
