I went to the mailbox today on my way to the post office, actually. So, when I opened up the mailbox and saw a bulky package addressed to me, I was so excited.
I waited until I returned back home to open it. It was from my up, up, upline, Connie Heisey. She lives in Hanover, PA so I don't get to see her much. I was lucky enough to see her in SLC during the Stampin' Up! On Stage Convention. It was nice to chat a bit and get a fun photo together.
As soon as I got home, I grabbed that package and tore into it.
There was an awesome card... I love this verse and I'm sad that this stamp set will be retiring at the end of May. I love how Connie embossed the verse in silver emboss powder to coordinate with the shimmery pool party glitter ribbon.
Connie congratulated me for a few of the awards and milestones that I was recognized for this year and during the Stampin' Up! On Stage Convention. There was another surprise... look what was inside the box... A silver bracelet with the same verse engraved on the inside of the bracelet.
I just love it!
This was such an unexpected surprise and such a thoughtful gift. Thanks so much, Connie for thinking of me.
It made my day!
I'm glad you all stopped by my blog today. Stay tuned for some fun projects coming this week. Be sure to stop back soon.
Keep on Stampin' and Come back soon!
