Gifts with "Nothing Sweeter" stamp set

I made some fancy gift packaging for some special team members that attended the Stampin Up "On Stage" Convention with me this week. I made one for each of my directs.

I used the Nothing Sweeter stamp set and dies. I also used the Shimmery White Embossing Paste with glitter to spread on the Christmas Trees.

I formed the box,  by cutting one of the Stampin Up Acetate Card boxes- while it was flat. I cut it about 3 1/4" down from the top and then slipped the top lid over the bottom to the size of box that I wanted.

IMG_5948

I used lots of layers. The Stitched Labels framelits was used to cut the Sparkle Glimmer Paper, then layered with powder pink and sahara sand cardstock.

IMG_6132

I also used some Rose Thread and the new Iridescent Boxwood Wreaths wrapped around the tree image.

IMG_6141

I filled the boxes with some Stampin Up bling and a few treats as well as a gift card.

IMG_6139

I love all the sparkle. It makes it so special, just like the girls who received them.

IMG_6133

I have to say there were lots of dimensionals used on this project!

IMG_6137

My favorite color is pink... I hope they like it too!

I can't wait to celebrate with my team! Hope they enjoy the goody box!

Making Christmas Bright- Stampin Up Style

As you are reading this, I've been in Orlando at the Stampin' Up Convention (On Stage). Its Stampin' Up's 30 Anniversary, so its a big celebration this year!

I wanted to share my swaps that I made for the event. I used the Making Christmas Bright and Making Every Day Bright stamp sets and coordinating Christmas Bulb Builder Punch.

The theme for this swap was the more bling the better. So of course, I went with the glimmer paper!

IMG_6114

I used Powder Pink and Shimmery White cardstock as well as basic black cardstock and Rose Glimmer paper.

IMG_6113

Can you see the shimmer on the white paper and of course the bulbs?

IMG_6115

I had to add rhinestone for the super bling effect!

IMG_6112

This card was actually super easy to create. The Christmas Bulb punch made it amazingly quick to create. I love punches!

IMG_6119

I love the glow of the bulbs. There are several stamps in these to sets that really add to the detail of the images.

IMG_6120

I had to make a LOT..

Beautiful Baubles

I so much enjoy creating with this set. So many possibilites with all the different stamps and dies in this Beautiful Baubles bundle.

I went with the merry merlot and copper color theme for this card. This was the bonus card at my recent Card Class.

IMG_5693

I used very vanilla cardstock to stamp on to give it a softer glow.

IMG_5695

The copper embossing powder and copper foil paper give this card that extra shine.

IMG_5696

How about that gorgeous new Merry Merlot/Copper ribbon? Lovvvveee it!

Stampin' Up! Country Home stamp set in Pastel Colors

I was playing around with my Country Home stamp set and decided to try some softer pastels colors to create a card today.

I used my Stampin Blends alcohol markers to color the image. I'll list the colors below under "product list."

IMG_5768

The Tin Tile emboss folder was used for the background. I used soft seafoam cardstock and a soft seafoam ink pad to swipe across the embossed image. I wanted it kind of splotchy.

IMG_5769

Here's a close up. I added pearls and sequins for a bit of shimmer, as well as the Chicken Wire element behind the main image.

IMG_5771

Here's a peek at the inside.

IMG_5772

I love the ease of coloring with the Stampin Blends alcohol markers. It makes creating so much fun.

IMG_5767

If you haven't decided on this set yet, I say, YES! Take the plunge and get those markers out and start coloring.

Thanks again for stopping by.

First Frost Never Disappoints

Sharing one of my favorite flower sets today. First Frost is available in the Stampin Up Holiday Catalog 2018.

I used the blackberry bliss ink for the flower image. It looks so pretty in this deep purple color. The coordinating Frosted Bouqet framelits and Frosted Floral designer paper make this the ultimate suite.

IMG_5330

I also used tranquil tide, and mossy meadow colors for the greens.

IMG_5335

To complete the look, I did some fun splattering by dipping my aqua painter into blackberry bliss ink and tapping it over my card.

IMG_5331

A few pearls and gems to add dimension and sparkle and viola!

IMG_5333

I hope you enjoyed todays card.
