How to: Clothes Pin Wreath with Stampin Up designer paper
December 09, 2018
I have a grab bag gift exchange every year at my team Christmas Party. Each year, the gift I make always uses stamping or Stampin Up products in some way. This year I made the coolest wreath using clothes pins and a wire wreath that I purchased at Wal Mart.
This is what I bought: The wire wreath is 12" and I used 60 clothes pins to construct the wreath.
I recommend measuring the clothespins, as they may be a different size than mine. I used standard sized clothes pins. Once you measure them, cut 10 each of 6 different patterns of designer paper. I used the Stampin Up Festive Farmhouse designer paper from the Holiday Catalog.
I attached the strips of paper with our Multi-Purpose glue, using the flat end and just brushing it along the clothespin. As you can see, I attached all the clothespins to the wreath, first. I used a thin piece of ribbon to tie on the back of the wire wreath, to hang. The cherry cobbler ribbon was attached with hot glue.
I love how it turned out! Jackie was the recipient of my grab bag and she loved it as well!
This is a pretty simple to do project for anyone on your Christmas list. I hope you have a chance to give it a try!
Thanks for stopping by today.
Until the next time...
Keep on Stampin' and Come back again soon!
