Triangle Flap Fold Card with Animal Outing

I'm sharing another card made with the fun fold that I shared in my last post. This time, I've used the adorable Animal Outing stamp set and suite. I made several of these cards with different Frames Elements embellishments. This one has the Leaf Ribbon and the Frames elements leaf and heart embellishments. I colored the heart with a real red Stampin Blends alcohol marker and the leaf spray with the old olive marker.

Here's another design with different elements. Notice the strip of circles at the bottom of the card above?

Remember, when you cut the 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock in half diagonally, you can use the other half of the cardstock as well. It will just open in the opposite direction.

I attached the Leaf Ribbon with mini glue dots under the leaves. No coloring on this wreath, it looks good in its natural color.

This one opens on the opposite side from the one above, because I used the other half of the diagonally cut cardstock.

I've attached the wooden elements with multi purpose glue. It works perfectly! Check out the cute scallop element on the bottom of the card above. So cute!

The Call Me Clover cardstock matches the Leaf ribbon exactly!

This has got to be the cutest "safari" set I've ever seen- Animal Outing is adorable!

The whole suite coordinates like a dream.

Its such a fun set to use all year for many different occasions, like birthdays, valentines, anniversaries, thank you's,  just because and so much more. Its also great for guys or gals! I hope you'll give it a try!

Stampin Up Cute Animal Outing Card

Throwing in one of the cards we had made at Card Class recently. Its a cute and colorful, thank you card. This set is adorable and there are matching framelits too!

I also used other products from the Animal Outing Suite, like the Animal Expedition designer paper and the Leaf Ribbon.

The Animal Friends coordinating framelits cut the images that appear on the designer paper as well.

The colors I used for this card are granny apple green, balmy blue and whisper white. The designer paper is the Animal Expedition paper, as I mentioned above. The Balmy Blue cardstock is cut at 4 x 3 and the alligators are 4 x 2 1/4". The stip in the middle is 4 x 1/2" attached over the balmy blue.

I punched a circle in the balmy blue with the 2 1/4 circle punch, then popped it up with dimensionals onto the card. The dimensionals also hold the Leaf ribbon in place, behind the card. The leaves were held in place on the front of the card with glue dots.

I colored the frog with the Stampin Blends alcohol markers in old olive and the branch in call me clover and crumb cake. I popped the branch on with mini dimensionals and added some Metallic Pearls and Glitter Dots.

It was a big hit at Card Class. How could you not love the super cute jungle animals? *SEE PRODUCT LIST BELOW

Baby Card with the Animal Outing Kangaroo and Koala

My last post featured the Animal Outing stamp set and today, I'm going to share another card that I made with the same set.

This time I used the sweet kangaroo from the Animal Outing stamp set to make a darling baby card.

I colored the kangaroo and koala bear with the Stampin Blends alcohol markers, just like I did with the rhino card in my last post. I used the ivory, bronze and crumb cake markers on the kangaroo and the smoky slate markers on the little koala bear. The cardstock colors are So Saffron and the new Gray Granite.

Once again I used the fabulous Share What You Love designer paper for the background. However, I cannot wait until I get the coordinating Animal Expedition designer paper to use with this set! I also added lots of fun squares to frame this cute duo. The squares were die cut with the Layering Squares framelit set.

I wrapped it up with a lemon lime twist ombre ribbon and a button from the True Gentleman button assortment pack. Such a sweet card to give either a baby boy or girl!

Stampin Up Animal Outing Stamp set.

What an exciting day! The NEW Stamping Up Annual Catalog 2018-2019 went LIVE today! I placed my first party order today as well as my own tiny little order. Just kidding.. it wasn't tiny AT ALL! lol

So anyway, I made this darling card yesterday and wanted to share it with you today. I think this stamp set is adorable! Its called Animal Outing. It also has coordinating framelits, but I don't have them yet..I did however, use the new Stitched Labels Framelits for one of the cool circle cut outs and the cute little heart on this card. Isn't this rhino ever so cute? And how about that little froggie?

I used the Stampin Blends to color in the rhino as well as all of the other images.

The designer paper is from the Share What You Love paper pack. I used Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizazz, Powder Pink, Whisper White and Watercolor Papers as well. The buttons are from the True Gentleman button pack which I attached with glue dots and I added some Linen Thread for some texture.

I stamped a few branches inside the card too. The Stampin Blends colors that I used were the smoky slate pairs, old olive pairs, bermuda bay pairs, pumpkin pie and crumb cake pairs. I used an aqua painter dipped in the lid of the balmy blue ink to fill in the "sky."

I attached the greeting with dimensionals and the black ink is the Memento Tuxedo black pad.

Hope you liked my cute little rhino! There's so many amazing stamps and accesories in the New Stampin Up Catalog, that I am having a ball playing with them all! Can't wait to get my next order!
