Share What You Love set

Layering Alphabet meets Share What You Love

So, you all know how much I love the Share What You Love exclusive bundle thats only available this month.... Well, I love the designer paper so much that I wanted to use it all at once!

I paired it with the New Layering Alphabet dies- they will be available on June 1st. Oh my goodness, I couldn't stop playing with these Alphabet dies. Literally, I have created so many amazing cards with them. I'll will of course share them all on my blog in the coming days.

But, the first one I wanted to share was the one I made with the Share What You Love designer paper.

I designed lots of beautiful cards with this die and paper. This is the first one I made.

IMG_2087

Aren't the Layering Alphabet dies phenominal?! This is what it looked like at first- and I thought it was too "busy" so I added the letters on top in solid colors to match the paper colors.

IMG_2066

Its so cool how the dies make the points with the letters connected. Here's another look with the solid letters attached.

IMG_2202

I honestly think the Lined Alphabet and Layering Alphabet are my favorite bundle of all time. Its so unique and so fun to create a variety of greetings and personalized cards.

IMG_2200

I popped the letters on with mini dimensionals.

IMG_2201

The colors I used are mint macaron, rich razzleberry, so saffron, powder pink and old olive.

IMG_2203

If this isn't the coolest bundle ever, I don't know what is!

So, once you cut out your letters, there is a negative piece left over. So, of course I made another card from the leftovers.

IMG_2197

This time I also used solid letters over top in rich razzleberry. I embossed them first with the Garden Trellis emboss folder and added a few Share What You Love pearls.

IMG_2198

How fun are all those beautiful papers on one greeting card? So fun!

IMG_2204

Here's a bonus card using all of the NEW In Colors for 2018-2020! Aren't they gorgeous? I also embossed this with the Lovely Floral emboss folder from the Share What You Love Bundle.

The Lined Alphabet and Layering Alphabet bundle are a little pricey. At first I didn't want to order it, but I'm totally estastic that I did!! I honestly LOVE it. Wait until you see the other cards I have in store for you!

I've included a video below, by Stampin' Up to that shows how to use the Layering Alphabet bundle. I've also included a supply list- scroll down to the bottom of this post.

You'll be able to order the Layering Alphabet and Lined Alphabet in June. However, the Share What You Love bundle is only available until May 31st, so don't forget to order it, before its too late!

Black and Gold- Share What You Love

I have'nt seen many Stampin Up card samples using the pretty little yellow flowered designer paper from the Share What You Love paper pack. I think this is such a pretty and delicate design, so I had to make a card with it.

I used so saffron and very vanilla cardstock with some black design elements. The pearlized doily is also from the Share What You Love bundle. The Share What You Love bundles are on special, the month of May only. So, don't forget to order yours!

IMG_2218

I punched a 2 1/4" circle of so saffron cardstock and stamped it with the flowers from the Love What You Do stamp set in the same color, for a tone on tone look.  Do you recognize the other punch? Its the Tailored Tag punch from the Occasions Catalog. It was the perfect size to stamp my spray of flowers, which I stamped in crumb cake ink and colored in with a so saffron marker.

IMG_2219

The polka dot ribbon and black faceted dots are new items that will be in the brand new Stampin Up Annual Catalog, in June. Don't you just LOVE that gorgeous ribbon!? I used the Tailored Tag punch to also punch out a piece of velum and basic black cardstock to layer behind the flowers. Layering is so much fun and adds so much dimension and detail to the card.

Don't miss out on ordering one of the Share What You Love bundles this month. I guarantee it will be one of your all time favorites!

Embossed- Lovely Flower

I've got another card from the Share What You Love Bundle to share with you today. I've used the Lovely Floral emboss folder for the main focal point on this card.

I saw this idea on Pinterest, from Cindy Elam. I thought it was so soft and pretty and really showcased this beautiful Lovely Floral emboss folder.

  IMG_2215

The twine, tiny clip, tag and self adhesive silver rose embellishments are from the Share What You Love embellishment kit, that's included (for free) in the two of three Share What You Love bundles.

To color the embossed flower, I simply used sponge daubers dipped in the ink pads and rubbed over the image. Rich razzleberry, mint macron, balmy blue and grapefruit groves inks were used.

I spelled my daughters name using the Make A Difference stamp set also included in two of the three bundles. The Make a Difference stamp set has a whopping 143 stamps in it! Its so awesome!!

Love What You Do, Share What You Love

I wanted to share another card that we made at Class last week. Its from the Share What You Love bundle thats on special this month. The stamp set is called, Love What You Do. I wanted to make a card that showcased many of the items in the Share What You Love bundle. I used a lot of the items, but certainly not all of them. There's just too much stuff in this bundle!

It turned out to be a delicate, pretty greeting card.

IMG_2414

I adore the Share What You Love designer paper. Its the prettiest paper that I have ever known Stampin Up to carry. I used very vanilla for the card base and a little circle of so saffron cardstock as well.

IMG_2416

I stamped the small vanilla circle (made with the 2" circle punch) with so saffron ink. I stamped off onto my scratch paper first and then onto the circle to give it a softer color. I did the same on the flowers, using rich razzleberry ink.

IMG_2415

The new pearl doilies are just stunning- can you see the shimmer?

IMG_2418

Everyone at class got to make 3 of these cards and I gave them 3 different pieces of the designer paper. Its just so pretty, that I wanted them to be able to use as many of the beautiful patterns as they could.

The little bow is made with the new rich razzleberry velvet ribbon. So lux!

IMG_2420

We added the new Share What You Love pearls to the card and stamped the greeting in the new mint macaron ink.

IMG_2419

That's all 3 of them. I think the girls really loved this card. Its so beautiful but so easy to make.

Don't forget to get your Share What You Love bundle before the end of May!

Soft and Sweet- Share What You Love bundle

Today I have a powder pink, super pretty, soft and sweet card to share with you.

As promised, another card made from the Share What You Love bundle, only available in the month of May.

IMG_2229

I've used crumb cake and whisper white in conjunction with the soft powdery pink. I also have a sneak peek of a new Triple Corner punch that will be available in June. I used it to round all of the corners of this card. I feel like it gives the card an even softer edge.

IMG_2231

From this angle, it shows the beautiful embossed background, made with the Lovely Floral emboss folder which is included in this bundle as well- its part of the "Gotta Have it All" bundle.

IMG_2227

I used the flower shaped stamp to stamp twice in powder pink, into the flower outline. I started by stamping on the left side of the flower and then on the right. The middle overlaps, and produces a darker shade of powder pink, which gives this card beautiful shading and color.

IMG_2228

I've adorned the corners of the tag, with shimmery white pearl jewels. There are two sizes of tags that come in two of the Share What You Love bundles- this one is the largest size.

IMG_2232

This was such an easy card to design and create. A few stamps, a couple punches and a beautiful embossed background and that was all I needed.

IMG_2230

I have some fun pics from Card Class to share with you next, so stop back soon to see what we created last week.

Share What You Love- Keeps on coming...

As promised, I have another card from the Share What You Love exclusive May bundle to share with you today.

The colors on this card are pool party, tranquil tide and old olive. I stamped the flowers in old olive ink and colored them with the pool party and bermuda bay Stampin Blends alcohol markers.

IMG_2206

I layered all three colors of cardstock to give it a bit of color detail.

IMG_2208

I added small pearl jewels and wrapped some rustic linen thread around the card to soften the look of this sweet greeting.

IMG_2207

We are going to be using this set at Card Class tomorrow. I can't wait for the ladies to use this bundle. The cards are so pretty. I hope they like them. I'll be posting them for you this week as well. So stay tuned!
